| 摘 要： | 学籍档案在体育院校发展中起到越来越重要的作用,它是体育院校学籍管理活动和研究的重要依据和参考材料,是改进学籍管理工作,提高管理水平的信息资源。而优秀运动员长学制管理与通过全国统考进校的全日制学生管理区别很大,这就要求体育院校对两种不同学制的学籍档案管理做出不同的要求。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对优秀运动员本科学生学籍档案管理工作进行调查分析,初步确定了影响学籍档案管理的4个因素并在此基础上分析和探讨,提出提高我院学籍管理水平的对策。
