一种基于CCⅡ新型连续时间滤波器的设计

摘    要:提出了采用第二代电流传输器(the second generation current conveyor,简称CCⅡ)的新型连续时间滤波电路.该滤波电路主要应用于助听器,能够对特定频率的信号进行放大或者衰减.电路结构简单,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容,且具有很低的灵敏度.通过PSPICE仿真,结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性.

Abstract:A new continuous-time filter using the second generation current conveyor(CCⅡ) that can be used in hearing aids is presented.The proposed filter has the capability of amplifying as well as attenuating the signal of any desired frequency band.This circuit structure is very simple,which is integrated conveniently and is compatible with VLSI technology.The sensitivities of the circuit are very low.PSPICE simulation result is consistent with the theoretical analysis,and verifies the feasibility of this method.
