酵母提取物对水母雪莲悬浮培养合成紫丁香苷的影响

摘    要:研究了酵母提取物诱导的水母雪莲悬浮培养时紫丁香苷生产和相关次级代谢酶的活性.酵母提取物促进了紫丁香苷的生产,最优的添加方法是在培养15 d时添加1.5%的酵母提取物.最大紫丁香苷产量达671.9 mg/L,是对照实验的3.25倍.诱导子处理后G6DPH、PAL和POD活性显著增加,当处理6 h后酶活性达到最大值.

Abstract:Syringin production and related secondary metabolism enzyme activities in suspension cultures of saussurea medusa treated with yeast extract were investigated.Yeast extract enhanced syringin production,and the optimal feeding protocol was the addition of 1.5%(v/v) yeast extract at the 15th day of the cell culture.The highest syringin production reached 671.9 mg/L,which was 3.25-fold that of the control.The glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(EC 1.1.1.49),phenylalanine ammonia lyase(EC 4.3.1.5) and peroxidase(...
