微机提高氨气敏电极测量精度

摘    要:本文利用微机对Nernst方程进行最小二乘法回归直线,然后进行误差分析,舍去可疑数据,达到提高氨气敏电极测量精度的目的,取得了与理论值较为一致的结果,经方差分析证明,本程序能减小回归模型引起的偏差及试验,观测误差等随机因素引起的偏差.

Abstract:A program was designed to meet the needs of improving the precision in ammonia sensitive electrode measurement. Linearity was obtained by treating the Nernst equation with least square method. Subsequently, error analysis was carried out and doubtful data abandoned. The results agreed in some degree with the theoretical values. Variance analysis showed that the program could reduce errors caused by the regression model and the random factors due to measuring and observing, etc. The principle of present design might also be applied to similar requirement of ion selective electrode measurement.
