| 摘 要： | 本文采用一种新的处理方法——数字图象处理方法来改善扫描电镜照片的衬度,介绍了实验系统,简述了图象处理的理论和方法,并用来对经过低温等离子体处理的羊绒纤维表面的扫描电镜照片进行了处理。实验结果说明,扫描电镜照片经数字处理后衬度明显加强。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a new processing method--the digital image processing method is introduced to improve the contrast of the scanning electron microscope picture. The experiment system and the theory and methods of image processing such as gray level transformation, histogram equalization, image sharpening, filtering treatment and pseudo color processing, are described. These methods are used to treat the scanning electron microscope picture of the low temperature plasma-treated cashmere fiber surface The results show that the contrast of the picture is enhanced after digital processing. |
