| 摘 要： | 历史街区是构成城市环境和历史特征的重要人文因素，是城市历史文脉的表微与物化，是现代都市不可替代的重要标识和发展资源。从另一角度来看，也是一座城市不可再生、不可复得和无可估价的遗产和财富。武汉的里分民居在文化意蕴、人文内涵、建筑形式和构造等方面具有独特的个性特征，本文针对里分民居的现状调查，就历史街区保护中的“渐进性更新”观点进行论证。

| Abstract: | The historical block is the important humane factor of forming urban environment and historical characteristic, urban history gentle form of seek and materialization.lt is irreplaceable important identification that develop resources in modern city. According to another angle, in a city it is non-renewable legacy and wealth that can't be got again and can't be appraised. The local-style dwelling houses possess the characteristics of unique distinction in cultural purpose with humane intension, building form and construction, etc. in Wuhan. This paper has demonstrated the current situation of dwelling houses and the advancing gradually upgrading of protection in historical street. |
