| 摘 要： | 前交叉韧带是膝关节最重要的稳定因素,对膝关节起着导向和限制作用.前交叉韧带断裂可以导致严重的关节不稳,从而严重影响运动功能;如未得到及时治疗,还会继发半月板、关节软骨损害和骨性关节炎等.近年来临床研究中发现,前交叉韧带断裂导致膝关节功能丧失,常常在一段时间内呈进行性加重的态势.因此,在治疗上需要从韧带的解剖、组织学和生物力学等各方面进行研究,完善前交叉韧带运动损伤的临床治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective as the most important stable factor in knee joint,anterior cruciate ligaments can direct and limit the movement of knee joint.Anterior cruciate ligament break can result in serious joint unsteadiness and severely affect sports function.Without due treatment,it can further result in damage in menisci,joint cartilage and bone arthritis,etc.recent clinical research shows that the influence of anterior cruciate ligament's damage on the loss of joint function is aggravating in a certain period of time.Therefore,in order to perfect the clinical treatment of anterior cruciate ligament's damage,research on dissection,histology and biomechanics is in urgent need. |
