摘    要:研究主要针对北方地区某造纸厂冬季低温低浊时期色度去除问题,该厂制造卷烟纸的用水要求色度低于15度,而原有的水处理工艺无法满足生产要求.根据小试验确定的工艺参数设计了改造方案,并进行了为期4个月的生产性对比试验研究.结果表明,使用聚丙烯酰胺助凝剂与次氯酸钙预氧化组合强化混凝工艺在色度去除方面取得良好的效果,可以满足生产的要求。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the removal of the color under low temperature and low turbidity condition. It carries out static and practical experiments systematically. It finds out the best way to reduce colourity and to modify existing water treatment plant according to the four months of practical experimentation. This paper carries out the comparison of the decolourizatin effects between the modified and non-modified processes . It is sure that the modified process which uses a combination of coagulant aids and oxidant has better removal efficiency in treating water of low temperature and low turbidity, and that the colourity of water after sedimentation can reach 8-9 degrees, and can meet the requirement for production.
