师德与偏私

摘    要:师德的规范和典范历来都是国家、社会、家庭、学校、教育者和受教育者着力倡导和特别关注的,人们无一例外地对我们的教师寄以厚望,希望他们都能以一种积极的态度塑造自己完美的师德形象。但是,如果我们不回避教师作为凡人的本质,就应该承认他们错误与过失的不可避免,本文试图从师德与偏私的角度证明以上观点。

Abstract:ALL through the ages, the modles of the teacher's virtue are paid close attention to and are encouraged by the country, the society,the families, the schools,the teachers and the students. Everyone places great hopes on the teachers in hopes that the teachers will portray the perfect figures of the teacher's virtue actively by themselves. However, if we can hardly avoid referring to the fact that the teachers are just the ordinary people, we would have recognized that the teachers might make a mistake. This treatise tries to prove it on the basis of teacher's virtue and partiality.
