HP乙烯裂解炉管弯头破裂原因的分析

摘    要:用近代金相技术研究了HP乙烯裂解炉管弯头破裂的原因。结果表明,炉管弯头的破裂是管壁减薄引起的,并且高温氧化、渗碳、温差应力及热疲劳等对弯头减薄破坏也起着很大的加速作用。对引起弯头破坏的减薄机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:The reasons for the elbow bursting of HP ethylene cracking tube are studied by modern rnetallographic techniques. The result of the experiments points out that the elbow bursting is caused by thinning. The high temperature oxidation, carburization and heat fatigue also have some advance effect on elbow thinning. In addition, the thinning mechanism of elbow is also discussed in this paper.
