剖宫产术中扩张子宫颈的必要性探讨

目的 :探讨剖宫产术中扩张子宫颈操作的必要性。方法 :回顾分析我院实施的新式剖宫产218例 ,其中108例在术中进行扩张宫颈操作 (观察组 ) ,110例未进行宫颈扩张操作 (对照组 )。术中术后观察两组术中出血量、阴道开始流血时间、体温、血象、肠道功能恢复时间、子宫复旧情况及伤口甲级愈合率等指标。结果 :两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、子宫复旧及腹部伤口甲级愈合率无显著性差异 ,观察组产后病率发生率高于对照组。结论 :剖宫产术中扩张宫颈口致术后病率增高 ,子宫复旧情况无显著性差异

Exploring the Necessity of Cervix''''s dilatation in Caesarean Birth Operation

Objective:To explore the necessity of cervix's dilatation in caesarean birth operation.Methods:To review analysis on 218 cases of new type caesarean birth operation.There are 108 cases are cervices dilated during the operation as observe group,and 110 cases aren't dilated as control group.To observe the guidelines,such as bleeding amount,start time of vaginal bleeding,body temperature,blood routine,resuming time of intestine and uterus after the operation and the cut healing rate etc during and after the operation.Results:there is no obvious difference between the two groups in items abovementioned,but the observe group has a higher incidence of postpartum diseases than the contrast group.Conclusion:The incidence of postpartum diseases will be increased if cervix is dilated during caesarean birth operation.No obvious difference in uterus resuming.
