人民币汇率制度的改革

阐述了我国汇率制度的最终选择必然是自由浮动汇率制度，我国汇率制度必将面临一个从钉住美元向自由浮动转变的问题。提出了我国汇率体制改革的具体措施．指出在外汇管理体制改革的同时，还必须注意相关的经济改革予以配合，最终实现我国汇率的自由浮动。

On the Reform of RMB Exchange Rate System

This paper expounds that the final selection of our country's exchan ge system must be the freely fluctuating exchange system, and it is inevitable t hat our country's exchange system will face a problem of transforming from follo wing the American dollar to freely fluctuating, puts forward some concrete measu res for the reform of our country's exchange system, and points out that at the same time of reforming the foreign exchange control system, our country must pay attention to relevant economic reform for conjunction to realize the freely flu ctuating exchange in China.
