食用菌制种方法的研究 Ⅱ、平菇组织块无性繁殖的探讨

平菇无性繁殖制种,过去主要是用子实体菌盖与菌柄交界部位的组织块。试验证明,子实体去菌柄后的任何部位都可用来制种,但要获得纯种,以菌肉最可靠。其它部位处理不好,属两性混合繁殖制种。平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)的繁殖方式,分无性繁殖和有性繁殖两种。无性繁殖方式是通过它的体细胞,主要是以子实体的组织块来进行繁殖。有性繁殖方式是通过它的性细胞,主要是用孢子来进行繁殖。这里,作者只对平菇组织块人工无性繁殖的方式进行探讨。

RESEARCHES ON SEED—BREEDING OF EDIBLE FUNGUS Ⅱ、A Discussion on the Asexual Reproduction of the Organization Tuber of pleurotus ostreatus

Formally.We maiuly used fungus cover and the organization tuber on the bounding parts of the fungus stems for pleurotus ostreatus seedbreeding.But,experiments have shown that every part of the fungus cower can be used for the seedbreeding.Anyway,if you want to have pure seed,the fungus pulp is the best choice,for,using other part- of the fungus cover,if the proceeding is not proper,may cause boths sex—mixed reproduction in seed—breeding。
