摘    要:为解决高分子材料燃烧发烟问题,以沸石作载体制成复合钼酸铵抑烟剂和复合三氧化钼抑烟剂.锥形量热计法测试表明,复合抑烟剂的抑烟效果显著;力学性能测试表明,复合抑烟剂与高分子材料具有很好的相容性.复合抑烟剂性能优异的原因在于在载体中钼化物得到了充分的分散,与高分子材料充分接触,提高了钼化物的反应活性,使钼化物的抑烟性能得到了最大限度的利用;同时因载体的抑烟协同效应,增强了抑烟效果,降低了材料成本.

Abstract:With an aiminresolving the problem smoking of polymers on burning, a complex smoke suppressor consisting of ammonium molybdate and molybdic oxide has been prepared, using zeolite as the carrier. Test results indicated that the effect of smoke suppressor was remarkable through the cone calorimetry test. The results of mechanial properties test indicated that the complex smoke suppressor possesses good compatibility with polymers. Its outstanding properties come from the fact that the molybdic compound has been dispersed completely in the carrier, making the complex smoke suppressor in touch with the polymer sufficiently and improves the reactivity of molybdic compound. So it can lead to the best use of the molybdic compound in smoke suppressor. At the same time, complex smoke suppressor has its better properties and cost effective results resulting from the coordinated effect of the carrier.
