加工中心伺服进给系统参数优化仿真研究

摘    要:通过对TH6363加工中心伺服进给系统的仿真研究,发现机械装置的等效转动惯量对系统的过渡过程动特性影响很大,并找到了它的影响规律,提出了在伺服系统设计时负载与伺服电机惯量匹配问题,对所研究的加工中心,Jm:JL有最佳取值范围;发现了伺服电机的转矩系数Kt对系统动特性有重要影响,并研究了其影响规律,找到了Kt的合理取植范围;利用仿真研究方法可以在设计阶段预知伺服系统的动态特性,仿真研究结果可为工程设计提供理论参考依据。

Abstract:in this paper,through the simulation study of servo feed system of TH6363 Machining Center, the following results are discovered: (1)The equivalent moment of inertia ofthe mechanical equipment has great influence on the dynamic performance of transitive process of the system,and the regularity is discovered. There is an optimal ratio range betweenmoment of inertia of the servo motor and the equivalent moment of inertia of mechanicalequipment. (2)There is a great influence of torque/armature-current coeffic lent of the servomotor on the dynamic performance of the system, and the regularity of such influence isstudied. (3)The conclusion of the simulation study is useful for engineering design.
