| 摘 要： | 针对突发事件下零售商面临的需求分布发生扰动、供应链的协调将被打破的问题,提出了随机需求下的数量折扣协约,得到了突发事件对供应链的影响:当突发事件造成市场需求扰动不大时,保持原始计划的协约仍能协调供应链,即供应链具有鲁棒性;当市场需求扰动很大时,原协约不再协调,必须调整订货量,得出了供应链对突发事件的最优应对策略,提出了具有抗扰动性的数量折扣协约。

| Abstract: | For two stage supply chain which faces stochastic market demand,the coordination would be broken off by an disruption event.The quantity discount contract is proposed and the effect of supply chain under demand disruption is studied.When market scale change is small,keeping the original order plan can achieve the maximum profit of the supply chain.This shows that the original order plan has certain robustness under the uncertain market scale.When market scale changes significantly by the emergent event,adjusting the order quantity becomes necessary.An optimal strategy for supply chain to the disruptions by quantity discount contract is presented,and an adjusted quantity discount contract which has antidisruption ability is proposed. |
