亚临界流体1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)萃取原花青素的工艺研究

摘    要:在10mL高压萃取釜中,对亚临界流体1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)萃取天然产物中原花青素的适宜工艺条件进行了研究。通过正交实验和单因素实验考察了萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间对山楂和紫薯两种原料中原花青素萃取率的影响。结果表明:在以山楂为实验原料,萃取压力10MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间80min的工艺条件下,原花青素萃取率为2.50%;在以紫薯为实验原料,萃取压力12MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间80min的工艺条件下,原花青素萃取率为1.00%。

Abstract:The optimal conditions for extracting procyanidins from natural products with subcritical R134a (1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane) were obtained using a 10mL high pressure extraction vessel. By means of orthogonal and single factor experimental methods, the influences of temperature, pressure and extraction time on the extraction ratio of procyanidins from hawthorn and ipuranol were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the extraction ratio of procyanidins from hawthorn was 2.50% for a pressure of 10MPa, temperature of 50℃ and extraction time of 80min, and the extraction ratio of procyanidins from ipuranol was 1.00% for a pressure of 12MPa, temperature of 50℃ and extraction time of 80min.
