圆柱形纳米颗粒离心分离优化问题的研究

摘    要:研究了圆柱形纳米颗粒离心分离优化问题。先建立了圆柱形纳米颗粒在溶液中离心分离的动力学模型,然后建立了同半径圆柱颗粒按高沿离心半径的理想分布为线性分布的优化模型,以及变半径圆柱颗粒按体积沿离心半径的理想分布为线性分布的优化模型。编程计算求解了两个优化模型的例子,给出了相应的在实际可操作范围内的优化参数。计算结果表明优化分布接近理想分布,这对于实际圆柱形纳米颗粒离心分离有着指导作用。

Abstract:The optimization of cylindrical nanoparticle centrifugation has been studied. First, a kinetic model for cylindrical nanoparticles undergoing a centrifugation process was established. Then, for particles with equal radius, an optimization model—whose ideal distribution of the lengths along the centrifugal radii was a linear distribution—was set. In addition, for particles with different radii, an optimization model—whose ideal distribution of the volumes along the centrifugal radii was a linear distribution—was set. Two examples of the optimization models were computed and the corresponding optimized parameters within the practical range were obtained. The results show that both optimization distributions approximate to the ideal distributions and are applicable for the analysis of practical cylindrical nanoparticle centrifugation.
