| 摘 要： | 目前东丽区职业教育存在着规模不能满足经济发展需要，教育培训层次偏低、教育资金投入不足、师资结构不尽合理、教育（培训）资源配置不科学等现实问题，分析其原因，创新管理体制、整合职教资源、调整职教层次和结构、加大职教投入、加强职教师资队伍建设是解决问题的重要途径。

| Abstract: | At present,the vocational education of Dongli District exists some realistic problems that the scale cannot meet the economical development needs,the education training level somewhat low,the education fund investment insufficient,the teachers structure unreasonable,the education (training) resources disposition unscientific and so on. Through analyzing its reasons,we find following important ways can solve these problems,like innovating management system,conforming vocational education resources,adjusting the levels and structures,enlarging investment and strengthening teachers' troop construction. |
