摘    要:为了能有效地通过爆破切割来处理被卡钻杆,运用聚能原理设计了环向聚能切割弹,成功将钻杆沿钻头顶部与钻杆连接处的水平面切断,回收了钻头以上全部钻杆.结合工程实例,介绍了环向聚能切割弹的设计方案,并针对实际施工过程中的药量确定、网路设计、防水措施等作了详细说明,对类似工程施工具有一定的参考价值和指导意义.

Abstract:The hoop cavity effect cutter shot was designed for using the cumulative energy principle to recover the stuck drill pipe effectively through blast cutting.The plane jointing drill bit and drill pipe was cut off,and the whole drill pipe above the drill bit was successfully recovered.Combining with engineering practice,this paper presents the design of the hoop cavity effect cutter shot,and the detailed explanation of the explosive quantity,network design,waterproof measures in the engineering practices.The technology is very useful and significance for a similar engineering operation.
