| 摘 要： | 国家主权是历史的范畴,必然随着人类社会的发展而发生演变,与这一过程相伴随的是主权呈现出相对性、可分割性和虚拟性的特征。认识到主权的演变趋势及特征有助于我们制定正确的主权政策,更好地维护国家主权。
