高血压病房性心律失常与左心房内径的关系

通过对１６２例高血压病合并心律失常患者的资料分析，发现房性心律失常显著多于室性心律失常（Ｐ＜０００１），并且复杂性房性心律失常的发生率与左房内径大小相关，左房扩大组复杂性房性心律失常的发生率显著高于左房正常组（Ｐ＜００５）。提示伴左房扩大的高血压病患者易患复杂性房性心律失常。

Relation Between Atrial Arrhythmia and Left Atrial Size in Hypertensive Patients

One hundred and sixty cases of hypertensive patients with arrhythmia were analyzed. It was found that as compared with ventricular arrhythmia there were much more frequent atrial arrhythmia ( P <0.001). There was a positive relation between left atrial size and complicated atrial arrhythmia. The incidence of complicated atrial arrhythmia in left atrial enlargement was higher than in normal left atrial ( P <0.05). These results suggested that hypertensive patients with left atrial enlargement more likely would suffer from complicated atrial arrhythmia.
