感染华支睾吸虫的豚鼠胆道超微结构研究

摘    要:为了动态观察华支睾吸虫病的胆道超微结构变化过程,以实验感染华支睾吸虫的豚鼠为模型,对其胆道上皮细胞进行了22周的观察,发现主要改变为:胆道上皮细胞微绒毛的肿胀,融合或消失;胆管上皮细胞向管腔面异常隆起;胞质减少,胞浆黏液颗粒大量增加;细胞间隙增宽,胶原原纤维向内生长;核形态不规则;线粒体数量增加,体积增大,肿胀,基质减少或空泡化,或浓缩为髓样体;高尔基复合体活跃;内质网数量增加,内质网池扩张;溶酶体增加;基膜弯曲,基膜下胶原原纤维增生及嗜酸粒细胞浸润,其病变程度随时间延长呈加重趋势,反映了胆管上皮细胞受破坏及功能反应性增强交叉进行的病理过程。

Abstract:In order to study the course of ultrastructural changes of the bile ducts in Clonorchiasis, guinea-pigs infected with Clonorchis Sinensis had been used as model, and the intrahepatic bile ducts epithelial cells(IBDECs) had been observed for 22 weeks. The major changes were as follows:edema, fussion of loss of microvilli of IBDECs were seen. parts of the IBDECs swelled up extremely towards the luminal surface. Cytoplasm decreased but amount of mucous grnules appeared in it; Widening of the intracellular space, ingrowth of the fibroblastic processes between adjacent epithelial cells, irregular shape of the nucleus were prominent.The mitochondria showed edema, its number increased and its volume enlarged. The matrix decreased or vaculated, sometimes concentrated as myelin figure. The Golgi complex was active. The Iysosome increased. The endoplasmic reticulum increased and usually dilated. The basement-membrane was tortuous in place, and the fibroblastic processes proliferated under the basement-membrane, and the eosinophil cells also could be seen. The result showed that the extents of pathological changes tended to be more severe while the time was longer. It also showed that hurts of IBDECs and increase of functional activity took place alternatively.
