| Abstract: | In this paper, by means of the combination of the systematic hierarchical analysis and the fuzzy optimization theory, a systematic hierarchical fuzzy optimization model has been proposed and applied to the EIA of a hydro_electric project. Some good results have been obtained. The model is characterized by its clear physical conception as well as its simple and practical computation. |
