聚吡咯/聚硫橡胶原位复合膜的表面结构研究

摘    要:聚吡咯/聚硫橡胶导电复合膜采用电化学一步法制备,并运用电导率四探针测试仪、扫描电镜、X-光电子能谱、多重内反射红外光谱等分析技术对复合膜的两个表面进行了研究.分析结果表明,原位复合过程中聚吡咯分子链上的部分氮原子与聚硫橡胶的端基-SH之间发生了化学作用;复合膜的电导率和表面形貌受溶剂、支持电解质等制备条件的影响,且复合膜在脱杂过程中,聚合物的微观结构重新形成了新的形态.

Abstract:A series of conducting polypyrrole/thiokol rubber composite films were prepared by electrochemical oxidation in the one-step process in different solvents and supporting electrolytes.The surface structure characterization of the composite films was attained by the 4-probe method,SEM, XPS, ATR. The results showed that the nitrogen atoms in polypyrrole under went chemical reaction with the terminal groups (-SH) of thiokol rubber, and that the electrical conductivities and the morphology of the composite films were affected by the solvents and the supporting electrolytes. Moreover, the microstructure of the polymers changed in the de-doping processes.
