| 摘 要： | 近10年来，视频压缩技术取得了引人注目的新进展。本文介绍了视频压缩技术的正交变换编码，并以沃尔什变换为例，分析了如何用正交变换实现图像信号的数据压缩。最后还讨论了正交变换编码的特点及适用性。
