| 摘 要： | 文章分析了建筑围护结构动态热特性研究在采暖空调中的重要意义，详细回顾了建筑围护结构动态热特性研究的发展历史，指出了其中理论分析方法的局限性及实验研究方法所涉及的４个方面的问题，分析了研究现状，报道了作者在该方面最新研究成果的主要内容。
