| Abstract: | Based on the contrast of the utilization of foreign capital between QINGDAO and TIANJIN as well as DALIAN-the three central harbours along the BOHAI economic circle,the article discusses the problems in the utlization of foreign capital in QINGDAO.Then relevant orientation and resolution are put forward,with the change of the domestic and international background as well as the regional envioroment taken into consideration. |
