| 摘 要： | 反右虽然是一场政治运动，但它所造成的不良影响却并不仅限于政治方面，它对我国的科学技术也造成了不利的影响，它使一部分“右派”科技人员丧失了从事科学研究的权力，还延缓了留学生归国的步伐，本文在这方面作了一些初步的探讨。
