| 摘 要： | 货币政策和财政政策都是现代市场经济中最常见的国家干预手段，利率机制对于提高货币、财政政策效力有着重要的影响。文章拟对我国利率机制运行现状进行分析，指出其不足之处，进而提出今后改进的建议。

| Abstract: | The monetary policy and financial policy are the most common state intervention means in the modern market economy, and the interest mechanism has important influence on increasing the efficiency of the monetary policy and financial policy. This paper makes analysis on the present operation of Chinese interest mechanism, points out its demerits, and further puts forward some suggestions for the future improvements. |
