摘    要:化学沉积的非晶态Ni-P合金具有高强度、良好抗蚀性、高导电性和软磁性等优异性能,故有着广泛用途。但是这些优异性能在非晶态合金发生结晶后便会丧失,为此研究其晶化动力学将有助于了解此种合金的稳定性以便合理地使用它并为开发其它高稳定性的非晶态合金提供

Abstract:The isothermal crystallization of electroless deposited amorphous Ni2.7P alloy had been investigated by means of the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The measured activation energy for crystallization transformation is 528 kJ/mol and the Aviami index n is 2. 6. According to the approximate model of crystallization mechanism for the amorphous solid n=a+bp, it can be deduced that the crystallization process of the amorphous Ni2.7P is consistent with a model of constant nu-cleation rate crystallization and three-dimensional difusion controlled growth.
