摘    要:高速发展的计算机、网络通信等新技术的开发利用,加快了调度自动化的进程,由于对调度自动化缺乏系统的认识,导致系统标准的不统一,因此必须结合水电管理现状和规划,统一监控技术,使之兼容,成为一体化系统。

Abstract:The rapid development of the new sorts of technology, such as computers and net communication, has promoted the progress of automatic command system. Lacking of all-round recognizing of automatic command system has given rise to un-uniform system-criterion. In order to create a whole system, full consideration of the reality of present management and planning as well as identical monitoring technology is essential.
