| 摘 要： | 本文叙述在小型高炉上使用硅质球式热风炉的应用.热风炉内壁采用硅质混凝土,耐火球采用φ45mm 的硅质球.在冶金工厂的运行表明:热风温度为1040～1150℃,最高热风温度达1280℃.研究表明:硅质球式热风炉提高热风温度200～300℃,降低了焦比,增加了产量.
