大功率涡桨发动机整机吞砂试验装置设计与研究

摘    要:吞砂试验作为新型发动机设计定型必须考核项目之一,其主要考核涡桨发动机在吞咽砂尘后工作能力。但目前尚无针对大功率涡桨发动机吞砂试验需求的吞砂设备。针对此情况,设计了新型吞砂试验装置,重点研究了砂桶、进给运动机构、刮砂机构的设计方法,分析了混合器和分配器中砂尘的运动轨迹,对滚珠丝杆驱动能力和安装支架结构强度进行了校核,并且在涡桨发动机轴功率试车台完成了整机吞砂试验。试验结果表明:随着吞砂时间的增加,发动机功率衰减,耗油率增加,证明设计的吞砂试验装置满足发动机试验要求。可见该套吞砂试验装置结构设计合理,技术指标和结构强度满足要求,为航空发动机整机吞砂试验设备研制提供了设计参考。

Abstract:Sand ingestion test is one of the items that must be evaluated for the type certification of a newly designed turboprop engine. It mainly tests the working ability of the turboprop engine after ingesting sand and dust. However, there is currently no sand ingestion equipment for sand ingestion test of this high-power turboprop engine. In view of this situation, a new device for sand ingestion test is designed in this paper. The design methods of the sand bucket, the feed movement mechanism, and the sand scraping mechanism are mainly studied. The trajectory of sand in the mixer and the distributor is analyzed, the driving ability of the ball screw and the strength of the mounting bracket are checked, and the sand ingestion test of whole engine was completed on one shaft power test bench of the turboprop engine. The test results show that with the increase of sand ingestion time, the engine power decays and the specific fuel consumption increases, which proves that the device designed in this paper meets the requirements of sand ingestion test of the engine.
