摘    要:为实现风力发电机叶片的自适应变形及结构轻量化,叶片前缘采用柔顺机构设计。以实际位移与目标位移差值及最大应力为约束,以材料用量最小为目标,采用变密度法对柔顺机构进行拓扑优化设计。以双程形状记忆合金丝作为驱动器驱动前缘柔顺机构自适应变形。研究结果验证了柔顺机构及拓扑优化结果的可靠性,为大型风力发电机叶片柔顺机构的设计提供了借鉴;同时也验证了双程形状记忆合金丝作为智能驱动器具有工程发展应用的前景。

Abstract:For achieving adaptive deformation and lightweight for wind turbine blade, the leading edge of the blade is designed with a compliant mechanism. Aiming to minimize the amount of materials, taking the departures between the actual and target displacements and the maximum stress as restraints, variable density method is used to topologically optimize the compliant mechanism. A two-way shape memory alloy wire is used to drive the optimized leading edge to deform adaptively. The research results verify the reliability of the compliant mechanism and topology optimization, and provide reference for the compliant mechanism design and topology optimization of large wind turbine blades. Meanwhile, it has verified that the two-way shape memory alloy wire is a promising intelligent driver for engineering applications.
