柯萨奇A组16型对不同细胞的敏感性研究

目的 细胞是进行病毒分离时常被选用的基质，为了分离肠道病毒CVA16型，我们选取了两种细胞，从中筛选出肠道病毒CVA16型的最敏感细胞。方法 将20份样本通过核酸检测确定其中的CVA16型阳性样本，通过对比RD、VERO这两种细胞的分离效果来比较细胞的敏感性。结果 核酸检测20份样本中确定9份样本为CVA16型，9份样本在RD细胞中分离出6株毒株，在VERO细胞中分离出8株毒株。结论 CVA16型对VERO细胞的敏感性高于RD细胞，实验中分离CVA16型应首选VERO细胞。

The Sensitivity of Coxsackievirus A16 in Different Cells

Objective In order to isolate enterovirus CVA16, we selected two kinds of cells and screened out the most sensitive cells of enterovirus CVA16. Method Twenty samples were identified as positive for CVA16 by nucleic acid test. The cell sensitivity was compared by comparing the isolation effect of RD and VERO cells. Result Nine of the twenty samples were identified as CVA16, six strains were isolated from RD cells and eight strains were isolated from VERO cells. Conclusion The sensitivity of CVA16 to VERO cells is higher than that of RD cells. In the experiment, the VERO cells were selected.
