青岛大鲍岛历史街区公共空间活力特征与提升策略

针对历史街区活力衰退的现象,基于兴趣点(point of interest, POI)数据与公共空间-公共生活(public space-public life, PSPL)传统调研法,运用大数据的点密度分析与传统调研数据的定性、定量分析方法,从宏观与微观两个层面深入地研究青岛市大鲍岛历史街区公共空间的活力特征。研究发现公共空间的衰败、现代生活元素的缺失、与周边活力空间不协调是大鲍岛历史街区活力衰退的主要原因。结合案例分析与自身历史文化属性,从大鲍岛历史街区的物质文化空间、文化功能空间和文化服务空间三大方面提出具体的活力提升策略。研究表明,宏观+微观层面的研究视角、新技术+传统调研的研究方法、定性+定量的数据分析方法相结合,能够全面而具体地研究历史街区公共空间的活力,也可为其他历史街区相关研究提供思路。

Characteristics and Promotion Strategy of Public Space Vitality in Qingdao Dabaodao Historic District

Historical district faces the challenge of decline in vitality in Dabaodao, Qingdao, this paper research the vitality of its public space from the macro and micro levels. Based on POI data and the traditional investigation method of PSPL, the point density analysis of big data and the qualitative and quantitative analysis method of traditional research data is used for the results. The study found that the decline of public space, the lack of modern life elements, and the incoordination with the surrounding vitality space are the main reasons for the decline of vitality in the historic district of Dabaodao. Combined with case analysis and its own historical and cultural attributes, this paper proposes specific strategies for improving vitality from three aspects: the material cultural space, cultural function space, and cultural service space of the historical district of Dabaodao.
