社群巢对C57BL/6 J小鼠社会识别的影响

为了探讨社群巢这种早期环境富集方式对动物社会识别的影响，我们收集标准巢和社群巢的 C57BL/6 J子二代动物各30只，以Habituation/Dishabituation模型进行四次的习惯化实验和第五次的去习惯化实验并比较分析。结果表明，无论在标准巢还是社群巢条件下，雌、雄小鼠均表现出社会识别能力；与标准巢条件下的社会识别相比，社群巢条件下C57BL/6 J小鼠的社会识别能力并未有显著增强。我们推断，社群巢这种早期环境富集方式不能使动物的社会识别能力发生显著性变化的原因可能是社会识别作为动物的一项最基本能力，后天环境对其的影响甚小。另外，关于社群巢的研究也有益于探讨动物其它更高层次的社会行为。

The In fluence of the Comm unal Nest on Social Recognition of C57BL/6J M ice

To explore the effect of early environmental enrichment on social recognition，60 adolescent C57BL/6J m ice collected from the standard nest and communal nest was tested on the basis of the habituation-dishabituation model and analyzed，compared.Both the female and male C57BL/6 Jm ice showed the ability of social recognition in the standard nest and the communal nest.And compared with in the standard nest，the social recognition of C57BL/6 Jm ice did not significantly been enhanced in the communal nest.We conclude that social recognition of the animals that did not significantly been enhanced may be because social recognition is themost basic ability，and the environment has little effect on it.In addition，the research on the communal nest would be help ful to study other higher social behavior.
