摘    要:对公牦牛、公犏牛垂体前叶远侧电子显微镜观察表明:公犏牛 FSH 细胞扩张,细胞核严重畸形、胞浆入核、分泌颗粒少.作者认为公犏牛 FSH 细胞的变异是导致雄性不育的直接原因之一.本文还讨论了光镜和电镜下垂体前叶组织学结构的关系,并探讨了犏牛及其双亲在生殖内分泌领域尚应开展的一些研究.

Abstract:the distal parts of anterior pituitary from the male yak and male cattle-yak were observed with electron microscope.The FSH cells of male cattle-yak became seriously malformed,which contained only small number of secretory granules,the cytoplasm entered into cell nucleus.As a result,the abnomality of FSH cells in male cattle-yak is one of the direct causes of male steriolity.In this paper,the further researches which should be done in cattle-yak's reproductive endocrinology are discussed.
