| 摘 要： | 劳动力市场的发展变化,使劳动关系及其附随关系的劳动立法存在的不足和漏洞逐渐显现出来。因此,我国劳动立法亟需补充、完善。针对我国的实际,结合国外先进劳动立法对其进行调整和补充,这对于我国劳动法律制度的完善具有重要的意义。
