| Abstract: | The challenges of higher education are analyzed.The importance of creative talents training in chemistry specialty is discussed in the following areas: chemistry specialty-running ideas,specialty characteristics and orientation,the construction of a teaching team,curriculum system construction,teaching methods renewal,college students innovative experiments and graduation thesis.The practicing experience of the above-mentioned aspects is introduced. |
