攸县耕地资源及其承载力研究

在对攸县耕地资源特征及其利用现状评价的基础上，分析了该县耕地资源的承载现状，交对未来４０年耕地承载状况进行了预测。结果表明，攸县现有耕地尚有一定的承载潜力，但前景不容乐观，２０１１年耕地承载力将达饱和，此后便是日趋严重的超载现象。为此，必须执行计划生育政策，严格控制人口增长，增加土地投入，改善经营管理；狠抓中低产品的改良，挖掘耕地生产潜力；加强资源的保护，保持耕地面积的相对稳定。

Research on Plough Resource and Supporting Capacity in You County of Hunan Province

The thesis analyzes the characteristics of plough resource and the present situation of plough utilization,evaluates and Calculates supporting capacity of plough in You county. The results show that the plough has some latent supporting capacity at the present time, but the supporting capacity will reach saturation in 2011 and increasingly overload after 2011.For this reason,the following measures must be taken:1)implementing family planning policy and controlling population growth; 2)increasing labour and material input to land and improving management and administration;3)strengthening transformation of lowyield land and taping the latent power of plough;4)giving more effective protection to plough resource and stabilizing plough acreage.
