| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the significance of promoting the valuation with the quantities bill, and points out that in order to promote the valuation with the quantities bill, the personnel for the construction cost must transform their conception, familiarize and master the relation between the valuation with the quantities bill and the valuation with the detailed estimate norm, and familiarize and master the relation between the detailed estimate norm and the labor norm. |
