| Abstract: | Based on the development of science and technology of China, Japan and South Korea, this paper sums up the present situation and strategic planning of the sci-tech development of China, Japan and South Korea, and analyzes the necessity of implementing the sci-tech information sharing among China, Japan and South Korea, and puts forward some considerations about establishing the sci-tech information sharing mechanism among China, Japan and South Korea. |
