高校科技查新工作存在的主要问题及对策分析

简要介绍了我国高校科技查新工作的现状,针对目前查新工作中存在的服务内容上缺乏完善的查新报告质量保障机制,服务手段上没有针对查新员建立科学有效的激励机制,服务对象上缺少针对中小企业用户的个性化服务机制等问题,提出了有效提升高校科技查新工作质量的对策。

Analysis on the Main Problems in and Countermeasures for University＇s Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval （STNR）

This paper briefly introduces the current status of STNR in China＇s colleges and universities, and in the light of the problems existing in current STNR such as the lack lack of the quality assurance mechanism for STNR report in service content, the lack of effective incentive mechanism for STNR consultants in service means, and the lack of personalized service system for small and medium enterprises users in service object, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures for effectively improving the STNR quality of colleges and universities.
