The Psychological Impacts of Undergraduate Teaching Assessment on Female Librarians of Private Colleges and Universities and Intervention Countermeasures

In recent years, China＇ s private universities have to accept the undergraduate teaching assessment of MOE one after another. The library is the focus of the assessment; the assessment process will cause some psychological burdens and impacts of female librarians. This paper probes into the psychological impacts of undergraduate teaching assessment on female librarians of private coUeges and universities, and puts forward the psychological regulation and intervention measures for female librarians.
