| Abstract: | This paper discusses the cultivation of the readers born after 1995 in higher vocational college from four aspects of moving forward the propaganda fronts, diversifying the propaganda approach, enriching the appointment mechanism for freshmen readers, and improving self-conditions through strengthening the college support. |
