In the light of that readers＇ library presence rate and borrowing rate show a downward trend in recent years, this paper analyzes the concept of library＇s spatial reconstruction, and expounds the existing library space, the environment adjustment and improvement, and the expansion of the learning space and public space, and taking the Jinan Campus library of Shandong University of Technology as an example, describes in detail the concrete implementation measures, and proves that readers＇ requirement for library＇s space and environment is also an important aspect of increasing readers＇ library presence rate.
