高校教师外文信息资源的获取与传播方式研究

摘    要:为了让文献情报更快捷地到达科研人员手中,出版社、图书馆、学术机构采用了多种措施,推动科研人员对文献的获取,但是还远不能满足专业科研任务的需要。通过对河南省84个科研团队的调查,总结出了目前高校教师外文信息资源的获取方式和传播方式,分析了影响检索效果、文献获取效率的因素,并提出了一些有针对性的建议。

Abstract:In order to make the researchers get the literature information quickly and conveniently, publishing houses, libraries and academic institutions have adopted various measures for promoting resources’ access to the literatures, however, which cannot satisfy the needs of professional scientific research tasks. Through the survey on 84 scientific research teams in Henan Province, this paper sums up some modes for university teachers to access and transmit currently the foreign language information resources, analyzes some factors influencing the retrieval effectiveness and literature acquisition efficiency, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
