试论农村图书馆的现状与发展

作为直接服务于基层农民的公共图书馆之一的农村图书馆,存在着地方领导重视不够、财政投入不足、设施落后、专业人员与图书资源缺乏等问题,要想实现农村孩子的读书梦、大学梦,就必须加大政府投入、增加图书资源、加强专业人才培养、用实用性贴近农民读者,真正发挥农村图书馆的作用。

Discussion on the Current Status and Development of Rural Libraries

Rural library, being as a kind of public library directly serving the grass-roots farmers, has some problems such as the inadequate attention of local leaders, the insufficient financial input, the poor facilities, and the lack of professionals and book resources, etc. Therefore, to realize the rural children＇s dream of reading in universities, must increase the input of government, increase the book resources, strengthen the cultivation of professional talents, and be close to the rural readers with practicability, and give real play to the role of the rural library.
